Magnesium: checking the stated form

The product name and total weight are not enough. Look for the stated magnesium forms and the declared amount of magnesium per serving.

• Form: do not treat an oxide or blend as bisglycinate unless the label states it.
• Serving: compare declared amounts using the same unit and check capsule or scoop count.
• Formula: check any accompanying vitamins and other minerals.
