Returns and refunds

Request a return

Please contact us within seven days of receipt, stating your order number, the product concerned and the reason. Please wait for our instructions before returning anything.

Product status

The product must be complete, unused and in its original packaging. Opened or unsealed products, particularly food, cosmetics or hygiene products, may not be accepted for return where their resale presents a risk or where the law provides for an exception.

Refunds

Once the accepted return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued via the agreed method and within the applicable timeframe. Defective products or errors in order fulfilment will be dealt with in accordance with the customer’s statutory rights.
