Mie-Noodles are thin, long noodles of Asian origin. Unlike some other noodles, they are not fried, but rather blanched in steam, which eliminates the need for added fat. These noodles are pre-cooked, quick and easy to prepare, making them ideal for quick meals, such as wok stir-fries or pan-fried dishes. They are also perfect for adding to soups. Mie-Noodles from ALB-GOLD are available in a range of varieties, with or without eggs, made from regional spelt or organic wholemeal wheat, depending on individual consumer preferences.
