Rich in protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals and beneficial antioxidants, adzuki beans are a real nutritional treasure. They are even easier to digest when soaked, sprouted or fermented.

Gentle digestion

Thanks to their soluble fibre and resistant starch content, adzuki beans promote digestive health. Furthermore, their carbohydrates are less likely to cause bloating than those found in other pulses.

Préparation facile

Soak the adzuki beans for 10 hours, then rinse them thoroughly. Cook them for one hour in 3 or 4 times their volume of water until they are tender.
