Description
Pure maple syrup is a natural, 100 % food, produced by thermally concentrating pure maple sap. This sap is a clear, sterile liquid which provides the trees with water and nutrients before the buds and leaves open in spring. During the boiling, concentration and filtration processes, all the nutrients remain in the syrup. It contains the minerals zinc, manganese, potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium.
Recommended use: In any meal where you would normally add a sweetener. Perfect for pancakes.
