Purpose

These terms and conditions govern orders placed on lehealthystore.ma. By confirming an order, you agree to these terms and conditions as they stand on the date of the order.

Products and availability

Key features, price and availability are shown on each product description page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be contacted to agree on a replacement, a credit note or a refund.

Prices and minimum order

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The minimum order value is 230 MAD. Delivery charges and the final total are displayed before confirmation.

Payment

Payment methods available at the time of ordering may include credit card payment via a secure payment provider, cash on delivery and bank transfer. Le Healthy Store does not store full credit card details.

Delivery

The delivery area, charges and estimated delivery time are provided before confirmation. The customer must provide a valid address and contact number. Full details can be found on the page Delivery.

Cancellations and returns

Where permitted by Law No. 31-08, the consumer has a period of seven days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. For safety and hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed, opened, consumed, damaged or cannot be resold may be excluded from return within the limits provided for by law. All requests must be addressed to customer services before the goods are returned.
