Ingredients of Schär Cereal Crackers: Maize starch, vegetable margarine (vegetable fats and oils (palm, sunflower) in varying proportions, water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt), maltodextrin, modified tapioca starch, wholemeal millet flour 6,1%, soya flour, rice syrup, linseeds 3,6%, wholemeal rice flour 3,5%, buckwheat flour 1,8%, sorghum flour 1,7%, linseed flour 1,6%, maize flour 1,4%, dried sourdough (buckwheat), soya bran 1,4%, poppy seeds 0,7%, sugar beet syrup, sea salt, emulsifier: mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; raising agents: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavouring.
